Intellectual Property Policy:

We protect intellectual property (IP) and address infringement claims. Our policy outlines how to report and respond to IP infringement on our website and mobile apps.

Report Infringement:

  1. Who Can Report: Only IP owners or authorized agents can submit infringement notices.
  2. Report Submission: Reports must be made in good faith through our online IP Portal, including:
    • Specific IP details (e.g., registration number, description, link, first use date)
    • Infringement nature (product, packaging, image, or text)
    • List of infringing products (URLs)
    • List of infringers
    • Supporting documentation (e.g., order IDs)
    • Contact details (name, address, phone, email)
  3. Additional Information: We may request further verification.
  4. Misrepresentation: False reports may result in liability for damages.
  5. Action Taken: Accepted reports lead to removal of infringing content and actions against violators.
  6. Repeat Infringers: We terminate repeat offenders.

Responding to IP Claims:

  1. Dispute a Claim: Content providers can contest removals if they believe a mistake occurred by submitting:
    • A statement explaining the error
    • Relevant information or documents
  2. Review Process: We will review and take appropriate measures.

Withdrawal of Report: IP owners or agents can withdraw reports via the IP Portal, providing details of the original complaint and the material to be withdrawn.

False Notices:

  1. Rejection of False Reports: We reject reports that are false, fraudulent, incomplete, or in bad faith and may take action against policy abusers.
  2. Consequences: Continuous false submissions may result in loss of reporting privileges.
